Service Description

Maintain the peace, beauty, and order of your home with Birch Design’s ongoing maintenance sessions. These visits are ideal for past clients who want to preserve their organized spaces and continue making progress over time. Each session includes hands-on organizing, light styling, updates to labels or containers, and seasonal refreshes as needed — always tailored to your lifestyle and space. ✨ Monthly Plan – 1 visit/month, 4-hour minimum Prepaid in 3-month blocks and scheduled in advance. ✨ Quarterly Plan – 1 visit every 3 months, 4-hour minimum Must be paid in full for the full year (4 sessions total). As a thank you for your ongoing commitment, maintenance clients receive over 10% off our standard rate — just $80/hour per organizer (regularly $90/hour). To reserve your dates, payment is required in full prior to scheduling. Maintenance sessions follow Birch Design's standard cancellation and rescheduling policy.
